Very much off the radar is Donguri - a jewel box of a Japanese restaurant. Twelve tables, maybe a few more and simply the best and freshest food. Plenty of choices for vegetarians and if said vegetarian eats fish, woo-hoo!
It's not a sushi bar although they do serve sashimi and oysters... Reservations are a must, especially for Friday and weekends. Order an omakase the day before- $85 $120 or $150 - you will not be disappointed
