I have a serious craving. I had an awesome charcoal grilled Cevapcici the year before last at the Folk and Roots festival with extra raw onions and extra ajvar sauce(yum). Does anyone know of any west suburban location where I can get a Cevapcici sandwich?

Actually, I do (I think). I believe this is something that the Chef at Chef's Corner, in Naperville, has on the menu. It is a small sausage that almost resembles gyros and is very good. There is an existing thread on Chef's Corner -- I highly recommend it.

Haha, beat me to it. I also highly recommend the cevapi at Chef's Corner.

Though it's not in the western suburbs, the only place I've seen Cevapcici is at Pizza Art Cafe; one of many reasons I love the place. It's not really in sandwich form there, and they've been out of it the last couple of times I've been, but when they have it, it is excellent.
