Post #1 - August 24th, 2009, 11:39 amPeriodically, posters inquire specifically about finding a restaurant that is open on Mondays. I think a thread dedicated to a list of Monday-friendly suggestions could be as useful as the "Closed on..." thread. A quick Google/LTH search netted me this list, which I have not confirmed, but serves as a good place to start:

Post #12 - August 24th, 2009, 1:34 pmFor the North Shore crowd - New York Slices (in Highland Park) is not only open on Mondays, but they have 1/2 price pizzas (and these are 20" big!) every Monday after 5pm. You could freeze most of one, and make a few meals out of one pizza.
