Hi there! I will be visiting ina couple weeks and am curious if there is a good seafood restaurant with decent Salmon caviar and sushi? Thanks!

There are a lot of places with good sushi. Have you searched the site yet? Do you have a neighborhood and price level in mind?

My favorite sushi restaurant is probably Katsu. See viewtopic.php?t=3922
It is quite out of way, though, if you want to stay closer to downtown.

Mirai is another good option and has a contemporary feel and menu. It's more centrally located.

I'm sure both places have salmon roe.

L2O, just don't let them know you're coming

Seriously though, Ponzu is my favorite place for sushi right now.

Others can recommend sushi places better than I. Your problem is going to be finding good ikura (salmon roe). Even at really busy places, I usually find that the ikura is not as fresh as I would hope. If you do find a place that has it, please let me know.
