Got a email today about a new product - The Banana Bunker. It protects your banana from getting bruised in your lunch box or bag. A good idea, but wait until you see it and read the promo; a little creepy.

Just "a little" creepy? You got some wild standards...

I've been using a similar, but not so creepy, product for years. The Banana Guard.

I've been amazed at just how well they work. I can carry a banana in my bag all day without it turning black.

Well I guess a "little creepy" would be like a "little pregnant", if you get my drift. You would have had to seen me expression at the time.

That is definately not as creepy.

    Hi,

I bought those as stocking stuffers for my nieces last year. They liked them very much for keeping their bananas fresh and unbruised.

I think it's time to put a lid on this discussion.

Crazy. I was half-sure this was joke website a la Bonsai kittens until I saw the very real order page. I had no idea banana bruising was such a problem for people.
