FINALLY, we found something resembling authentic, quality Chinese food in Lexington! Panda Cuisine restaurant specializes in Sichuan food. Upon recommendation from a friend, and despite its lovely dining room, we got carry out due to our own circumstances of the day. We ate the Sichuan Noodles, Sichuan Dumplings, Spice Lamb and Greens (with cumin-- very close to Ed's Potsticker House's lamb with cumin dish, but not as bold), and a beef dish with hot peppers and cilantro. Every dish was VERY spicy, which was awesome. We can't seem to find enough spice in Kentucky. It is far and away the best Chinese food we have found since living in Kentucky, and we are thankful that we no longer have to wait until we go home to Chicago to get our fix. Now if they only had soup dumplings... :)

Thanks for the heads-up. We just moved down the road from Lex, and it is profoundly baffling to me how they could've so badly screwed up what should have been a cool college town in the midst of so much beautiful country. There's some urban planners out there richly deserving of a kick in the ass.
I hate kettle cooked chips. It takes too much effort to crunch through them.
