Do you have an oven where you can heat things?
Hire someone to keep an eye on the table, to clear, to refresh things, but not be a waiter.
Pop those frozen phyllo wrapped hors d'ouvres you can buy at Costco into the oven. People seems to like those, especially if there are pigs in blankets.Leek
