Need Rec: Good California Wine List

Post #1 - September 25th, 2009, 7:28 amMy boss is taking us out to dinner and I get to pick the place. He used to run a California winery and knows a lot about CA wines. Oddly enough he's not a huge foodie and does not go out to eat a great deal. I need a rec for a place with a good list of California wines, fairly priced. Since he's paying, I can't take him to a Tru/Alinea/Everest type place. It needs to be a little less expensive. Any ideas?i used to milk cows
