    This has been a tough search. I was in Rome and visited this restaurant called Trattoria Olimpio. They have these large green olives, stuffed with pork, lightly battered and then fried. So good, so great!
    Is there any restaurant here in Chicago, or the suburbs, that might have something like this?

    I know I've seen these somewhere. There's a Spanish variant stuffed with chorizo that's pretty standard in Tapas bars, including Tapas Barcelona in Evanston.

    The Bristol has Scotch Olives. Olives stuffed with pork sausage. I've never had them so not sure how they are. I heard you don't get that many for the price. But sound good enough and worth checking out.
