The most interesting one is ChefsWarehouse.com, which requires you to order in very large bulk, but offers you decent discounts if you do.
Not everything requires a bulk order: a single lobe of hudson valley grade A duck foie gras is $9 less at chefswarehouse than at d'artagnan's site, and d'artagnan is out of stock.
