Culinary/Beverage/Serving Job listing outside of craigslist?

I'm wondering where culinary and beverage professionals find out about open positions in the city other than using Craiglist.

I've googled "chicago hospitality jobs" and come up with old, random listings..
I've done the monster.com which usually just shows corporate jobs at KFC (no thanks)

But where else do bartenders/sous/bev managers and sommeliers look for positions?

Believe it or not, twitter is a great way to find immediate job leads and to potentially speak with the owner or hiring mgr. Bleeding Heart Bakery had some great success with it so if you follow the types of places you want to get hired by, you may hear of job openings.
