New Belgium Experimental Dinner, 11/8, $15

LUSH is teaming up with the Sours projects from New Belgium this weekend while they're in town for the Barrel Aged Beer Festival. Jesse Katzman and Michael McAvena are joining in the fun, as well as reps from the brewery. We'll be doing some pork shoulder, sausage, and homemade sauerkraut pairings to match the three sour beers hosted by the brewery: La Terroir, Fall Wild Ale, and a tart lychee brew.

Hosted by LUSH on Halsted and New Belgium. Sunday, November 8th, 5-8 PM, $15 per guest. RSVP required.
