I like it because it's in a small bag so that I don't end up with a huge amount that will go too acidic in a couple of weeks. The taste is also superior to most of kimchi's that are made in house (like the ones they sell at H-mart in a clear plastic bag).

I second the New Chicago Kimchee choice. They make sun kimchee which has a smoother yet still spicy taste. They also make great panchan which are for sale. Miss getting the marinated raw crabs from them. They said it was too expensive to make.
