I'm heading downtown on Saturday and getting off the red line at Chicago. I won't have a lot of time for lunch. Any recommendations for a casual spot within a short radius of the station? Any cuisine will work. Thanks in advance.

The Loop? Go to Macy's on 7. There are kiosks there by Takashi, Rick Bayless, La Brea Bakery, & Marcus Samuelson.

2009 GNR- Pastoral at Lake b/w Wabash & Michigan for a sandwich

Intelligentsia Coffee- Pastries, also usually fresh made sandwiches & salads offered as well

Mag Mile? There's always Wow Bao at Water Tower, make sure you get a ginger ale.

Thanks for the tips. I've gotta keep it near Chicago Ave. Wow Bao is on my radar.
