Talbots on Western Ave in Chicago - Sauce

I grew up on this sauce. We used to go to the one on Paulina and then to the one on Western Ave. Does anyone know the sauce recipe? I would love to recreate it.

I ordered a couple of bottles (one spicy and one regular), and though it's been 20 years since Talbots closed, it tasted the way I remembered it....I think.
