    Hi,

How do you propose to cook the turkey? American style roasted or marinated Chinese style?

    Cathy,

If past years are any indication I am guessing Kelly meant Chinese style. I had the pleasure of dining on a take-in/pick-up Sun Wah Chinese style turkey a number of years ago and still remember the experience fondly.

    Enjoy,

    Hi,

If anyone had their turkey prepared by Sun Wah, what was your experience?

    Regards,
    Cathy2
