Hello everyone!

Yes, I'm shamelessly plugging myself for this recipe contest. I am one of only 25 recipes nationally to be chosen to compete. Unfortunately, the recipe will be judged by the amount of votes one receives rather than how the recipe tastes. Therefore, this is more a popularity contest. It would be a huge favor to me if you could cast a 5 star vote my way!! I was unable to get a great picture of my dish, and I fear that this will lower my chances of winning so I'm relying solely on the support of my friends, family (and a couple neighbors), and the internet to help me out here!

Now, if we're talking mini-wheels as per brie en croute, I can get six to a sheet of puff pastry. Still, yikes.
