Frontera Fresco Old Orchard

Have been three times... all at opening hour of 11 am. All three times, staff not ready for service at opening. Filthy floors/counters/tables (from day before?). Overcooked chicken, tooth breaking bacon and brown lettuce in chicken caesar salad. And no aguas frescas ready for service. Any one else experience this? I'm disappointed cuz I was so excited about this coming here.

I stop there everytime I'm at Old Orchard, and I've always had a good experience. I'm certainly never there at 11AM (not an early riser on the weekends), but my lunches there are always super yummy. I certainly never bother with the salad, either. It's all about the Huaraches, Tamales, and Tacos for me.
