As some of you know, Gina Biciunas-Santoski, owner of GNR award winner Healthy Food Lithuanian Restaurant, is retiring and the final day of operations for the restaurant that she and her parents before her have run for so many years will be next Tuesday, 15 December. Normally, the restaurant is closed on Mondays but, under the circumstances, since many old customers would like to get a chance to have one more delicious Lithuanian meal there, Gina will open the restaurant on Monday, 14 December from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Post #2 - December 13th, 2009, 2:20 pmReminder that counter to the usual schedule, GNR winner and long-time Chicago institution, Healthy Food, will be open tomorrow, Monday, 14 December. Tuesday, 15 December, will be the last day the restaurant will be open.
I was at HF today with my family and it was very busy when we were there, late morning to midday... a most enjoyable brunch, we had...
