    My wife's office.
Don't have a specific budget, but they're NFP.
Russian Tea Time already nixed as a bit "cramped."
Other than that, pretty wide open.
They're on Wabash and I'm not sure how far west they'd want to go. I'd think at least over to Wells and up to Chicago as general parameters.

Atwood Cafe? Trattoria No. 10? Whatever flavor of Rosebud is at Madison/Dearborn?

Quartino is a personal favorite for groups. Order everything on the menu and pass the plates around.

The Gage is a great place for a big group. I've been with some associates a few times for lunch outings and the whole procedure was efficient but not rushed, with plenty of room as well. Only a block over from Wabash as well. Just make a reservation or else you will most likely be disappointed.

The Gage is a great place for a group but may be out of the price range of a not-for-profit organization. At least it would be for the NFP where I work. If it's not too far west for them, I'd suggest Parthenon or Greek Islands. Or if it's not too far north, maybe Cafe Iberico. If it does need to be right in the Loop, maybe Italian Village upstairs? I have not eaten there in many, many years so make no claims on the food quality, but remember them accomodating groups well.

Looks like The Gage got the vote. Thanks for the ideas. I too thought it might be a bit pricey, but they went for it.
