Post #1 - December 17th, 2009, 9:27 pmNo doubt there are lots of LTHers working in and around the Loop, so the time has come to start up a Loop Lunch Group. Our first get together will be Tuesday December 29th at Cafecito, the Cuban sandwich shop near the corner of Congress and State. The plan is to meet in the lobby area in front of the restaurant at 12 noon.

Post #16 - December 28th, 2009, 10:25 amIt sounds like we're going to have a pretty good turnout.
I called Cafecito just to make sure they're open tomorrow. I also mentioned we'd be a group of about 10 people and they said we shouldn't have too much trouble finding seating. I'll probably show up around 11:50 to figure out the table situation. I'll print out a couple LTH logos and put them on the tables so it should be easy to find us.

Post #18 - December 29th, 2009, 9:38 amI'm trying to figure out how many buildings I can cut through on my walk to Cafecito. Knowing that there's some great hot coffee waiting for me will help.
I look forward to seeing everyone in a few hours. I'll also try to get there a bit early to help save seats - - I don't think there are more than a few big tables.

There were so many sandwiches that I wanted to try but I had to limit myself to 2 sandwiches, a bowl of soup and a Cuban Espresso for the road. My Bride was unable to attend but she will get to sample what I brought home.
