Restaurant recommendations for Portland, Maine?

I am visiting Portland, Maine next week for work. Does anyone have any recommendations for some excellent oysters??? I am already excited about trying some beer from Allagash Brewery. I frequent Bad Apple in Lincoln Square just for the Allagash White on Draft.

We absolutely *love* Becky's Diner. It's right on the wharf, it's genuine, like, totally; and their food is wonderful, especially anything seafood-ish. Pies are fabulous too.

Right next door is a fish shop that used to sell lobster rolls. Superb lobster rolls.

In Portland, Fore Street is the fancy-schmancy place to go - but it's worth it. More ideas in the area in this old thread.

We spent a week in Portland in the fall and loved it. Our favorites were Fore Street, Food Factory Miyake, the bagel place in South Portland, and the Five Islands Lobster Co. in Georgetown, ME. Each of these places were superlative. The sushi at Miyake was second only to Sushi Yasuda in NYC and much less expensive.

If you like beer, the Great Lost Bear is a local bar with a great selection.
