Queen Liz Gospel Expressions and Cafe - Oak Park

Hardly more than a minute.

This small store (no seating available except for the prayer booths) located at North and Taylor is primarily a religious store that serves gourmet coffee, soup and Belgium waffles.



I happened to be driving by and had a need for something to tide me over until dinner and stopped in for a bowl of soup (Chicken and Dumplings). Pretty good! Nice and thick and seemed to be homemade.

The coffee is from Crooked Creek Coffee Roasters and upon Googling I did not get any hits. Maybe I misunderstood?

If you are in the area and need a quick cup-o-joe or maybe a new bible, this might be your ticket. The place was quiet and I got served right away.
