It is long, so look towards the end for more up to date info.
Call ahead to make sure you get a duck (or multiple ducks) reserved. You may refer to it as Beijing Duck or Peking Duck, they will know what you want.

Post #4 - January 20th, 2010, 11:26 pmI first read this after I cooked a duck. It is not a fun thing to do. It was good, but it is something I rather have somebody else cook for me!
I do love duck and will give Sun Wah a try.
Just an FYI for duck lovers, I enjoy the duck at Little Bohemia in Riverside. The place looks like it has not changed since the 70's. It has not changed much since 1990 when I first ate there!
