Private Corporate Chef Looking for Assistant.


-Private Chef looking for Full Time/Part Time assistant to help in the daily operations of full service cafe in a 280+ person corporate headquarters of a large mortgage company. Requirements include:

-ability to comfortably lift 50lbs
-Culinary School training and/or experience a strong, strong plus (right out of school is just fine)
-Very quick and accurate knife skills
-Strong knowledge of soups, salads, sauces
-Experienced at using a Deli Slicer
-Organized and efficient
-Willingness to listen and learn
-willing to stock vending machines, breakdown boxes, and help in the overall cleanup
-Having a reliable car a strong plus
-Good with people and an ability to seamlessly work both front of the house and back of the house while keeping in mind, you are in a corporate environment.

Pay is 10$ an hour. Must be able to start ASAP. Please email cover letter and resume.
