Sorry to hear Leek--hope to see you next time!
Jygach, you're in--please respond back to confirm.

Also: After conferring with a couple of other members, and due to the large size of our group, it has been suggested that pre-ordering might be a really good idea (or we might be there all afternoon--good for some, not so much for others!) I was thinking that for 16 people, we can probably make a pretty good dent in the menu if people were amenable to sharing plates (the way this place is intended to be experienced IMHO). If you have any "do not miss" or other requests, please send them my way. Otherwise, I'll take the liberty of ordering appropriately for the size of our group, getting a cross section of meat/seafood/veg options and keeping the total to around $20/each. I've been to PP a few times so I'm very familiar with the menu (although I'm sure there are new items since I've been last) and I'll take into consideration the thread posts as well.

Please let me know if anyone has questions or concerns--thanks!!

That sounds great Jen. I'm definitely in favor of pre-ordering. Just ordering could take 20 minutes with a group that size.

Pre-ordering works for me, and I am definitely on a limited time-frame. I can be gone for about an hour and a half-ish so let's just get to the eating! I want to try it all.
    Thanks for organizing.

Eli--let me know if you're in when you get a minute.

All: will post my proposed menu later today--let me know if you have thoughts (like asking if you're breathing, right?) Will tell them to pace for 1.15.

My wife/ride would like to join if there's room. I'm coming off a surgery and not able to drive myself. If there's not room for her, she will happily shop while we have lunch.

    Thanks,

Ronnie - Please do take that extra spot. I can be a very last minute replacement in case of last minute cancellation.

B - Thanks for the offer. I can always swing by if schedule allows for a greeting and libation.

Awesome, thanks (and thanks to you too, p_g). We both really appreciate it. Other than 1 brunch at PGC last weekend, I haven't been out to eat in a month, so I'm really looking forward to this.

    See you on Friday! :)

You're not gonna believe this: I found out this evening that I've got a client coming into town, so now I have to cancel. Sorry about this!

Menu looks great. Thanks, Jen, for taking the initiative on that.

There is an outside chance that Julie and I will be a few minutes late and arrive closer to noon. Obviously, you should not wait for us to start. Please, just save us a couple of seats and we'll jump in as soon as we get there. Hoping it doesn't come to that but just in case it does, I didn't want there to be any question about how to proceed.

    See you all tomorrow!

Great job Jen, I like the menu you've picked, it really is better to order ahead so we won't have to wait too long for the food. I'm wearing the fat pants tomorrow. :P

All: final menu posted above so get ready!! Worked with Katie to get the right amounts (told her we were good eaters  ) and she has been wonderful to work with.

    See ya'll tomorrow!
