    LTH,

Several times recently, I've purchased Sun Wah's chili oil to go ($5.00 a pint). This past Sunday, we left with a quart of the stuff, and half of it is already gone.

And while it isn't as exquisite as GWiv's Barbara Tropp inspired goop, it's mighty good stuff.

Holy cow, you go through chili oil faster than me!

Fully agree on the tastiness of Sun Wah's chili oil, have bought it myself and, at $5 a pint, is about what it costs to make my own, even in gallon plus batches. I still prefer my chili oil inspired, as Evil mentions, by Barbara Tropp, but Sun Wah chili oil is the best over the counter chili oil available in Chicagoland.

As an aside, I restocked 'Little' Three Happiness with Gary's Chili Oil last month at the LTH Dinner, should still be some left.

    Enjoy,

Got a small container of GWiv CO at Stevez-engineered LTH dinner, and it is just an excellent way to make everyday eggs and other simple foods become much more interesting and tasty. Not that I didn't know that before; just expressing continued appreciation.

Had a fantastic meal at Sun Wah last night and also left with a pint of the chili oil. Fifille is on her way home right now with Smoque BBQ, I am looking forward to using the oil on that:)
