    I learned about this last night. I made notices for Chicago Foodways Roundtable meeting this morning. I never remembered to distribute them.

    Yep, and it was a fairly full house, considering the weather and the relative unattractiveness of the topic. Ran into Ken "Smartest Man in Chicago" Dunn, Nancy "Give Me Your Poop" Klem, and other notables.

    This doc will air on PBS next month.
