I've posted a couple other places on this forum and have just recently attended the annual picninc.

History - I helped Woody build our original location on Southport and then ran it with him for the couple years we were there. He bought the current building we're in in 1995, and by late 95/early 96 we had gotten Woody's running there. I ran it with him until around 2001 when he leased the place to another individual so that he could build Woody's # 2 in Sawyer MI. During that time, I pursued different career paths (IT/Aquatics). Unfortunately, the tennant let the place decline. Woody actually had to evict him, at which point, we had to remodel the place.

Aimee and Tona are now running the place, and I am back to help with my multiple years of experience.

Suffice it to say, if you've only tried us when the last guy was running the place, it warrants another go-round.

If you remember how it was when Woody and I were handling things, then you'll be pleased that we are back to the original level of quality.

That's about as much shameless self-promotion I can muster at the moment.

Awesome, I live in the hood' and can't wait to try now that it is under new management!! I never had it before when you were runnin it, but was not willing to go back because of the way it ran.

But I am a huge BBQ fan and will be in there tomorrow!!
