Post #1 - April 16th, 2010, 1:59 pmAccording to Crain's Chicago: "(Crain's) — Restaurants & Institutions magazine, a long-standing publication on the food-service industry, has published its last edition. It's shutting down at the end of this month.
"U.K.-based Reed Elsevier, which owns Restaurants & Institutions in Oak Brook, announced Friday the monthly magazine would cease operations, along with 22 other titles owned under the company's Reed Business Information division."Cathy2
