Latino (Food) Film Festival

There is at least one food film at the Chicago Latino Film Festival, a Peruvian film showing Saturday April 24 at 7:30 at the Landmark Century at Diversey and Clark: De Ollos y Suenos ("Cooking Up Dreams). The description is:
Can an entire nation be represented by its cuisine? Journeying through land, air, river and sea, we enter into both humble and grand kitchens. Through the stories of entrepreneurs you will discover the delicious integrative power of cuisine with which Peruvians find themselves as a nation and project their cultural identity to the rest of the world.
