    Hi,

Colleen is a member of Culinary Historians. She is a regular attendee to the Oxford Symposium in England. She arranged for our Jains dinner a few years ago. Unfortunately the restaurant who provided it has since closed.

I heard her before, though I might drop in because I always learn something from Colleen.

    Regards,
    Cathy2
