    Barbecue Class

    Small group Low & Slow BBQ class this Sunday May 2nd at my home in the Northwest section of Chicago proper. 4-people maximum, step by step one on one instruction.

    Class will focus on the Weber Smokey Mountain and will cover fire starting, control and use of wood. We will make BBQ sauce and rub from scratch, plus Chicken Mojo Criollo and Baby Back Ribs.

    Class will start at 10am Sunday May 2nd, lunch is included, as are all materials aside from alcoholic beverages.

    There are two spots of the four spots available, there was a cancellation due to family emergency.

    As well as Sunday's class went I'd say yes, there will be more small group Low & Slow BBQ classes.

    Excellent. Mr. & Mrs. Chloe54 would definitely participate in the next one. A Cubs game prevented our attendance at this weekend's fun.
