Sakura Mt Prospect

Just wanted to say what an incredible meal I had last night at Sakura.. The sushi pieces were amazing.. Fatty Salmon, Yellow Tail, Aji, all were seriously fresh and really large.. I was just very impressed with the whole set up..

We started with a couple of warm dishes.. My personal favorite being the chicken wings.. Had a really nice spice rub on them. I understand chicken wings can be done to death but, these were prepared with the skill of a very good Yakitori restaurant..

It has been some time since I posted on here but, felt compelled to share this gem with the group.. If this restaurant was in NY, I would be a regular for sure..

The menu is huge and there is lots to explore..
