About the Beer:
This revolutionary merging of two age-old brews brings a new appreciation to the world's oldest and most loved beverages: tea and beer. Our organic Belgian style ale gains its complexity from the addition of organic and biodynamic green tea grown on our own family farms in the Himalayas as well as a touch of fresh ginger to the familiar barley and hops to create a dynamically delicious brew. The result is a sweet and sensual nose, a well-balanced taste that reveals itself in layers with each sip, and a clean, lingering finish. Each bottle contains approximately one cup of antioxidant rich green tea, contributing both the subtle floral notes distinct of fine Darjeeling and the tannins that make this an exceptional choice with dinner. We are sure that even non beer enthusiasts will enjoy this bright refreshing ale for its subtlety, elegance, and ingenuity.
