Post #1 - June 8th, 2010, 6:55 amIn the spirit of alternating higher end versus more econ-friendly options, the group had discussed a trip to CND a while back. Since nothing has popped up on the board for this month, I'm throwing this out there. No menu planning required and I've never been so have no idea what the capacity would be for the place (do we need to limit our number or can all be accommodated? If anyone can help with this, please chime in.)
Otherwise, I'm happy to keep the list of whose attending--hope to see you all on the 24th.

The Gyro Melt with Egg was spot on. Gyro meat nicely crisped and juicy. It all came together well.
Some other items...
Chicken Sandwich
Smelt Dinner
Greek Chicken Dinner
The food was the only winner.
Progressive Lunch? You bet!
My Bride and I stopped by at Jury's after hearing much about them and having never tried.

Post #15 - June 24th, 2010, 4:30 pmGreat to see everyone as usual. The gyro patty melt was spot on. The greek salad is refreshing on a warm summer day. As mbh pointed out, it's the greek salad dressing that makes it, of course, topped with chunks of feta. Glad it's not right around the corner from my office, too readily available to delicious greasy food.

I should have called you guys and asked you to bring me a sandwich in line (I was only a few blocks away) instead of eating the free food I got. 5 freaking hours in line, I think I can truly be called crazy.
