Looking for assistant on neighborhood food tour

I lead food tours to Argyle, Devon and Chinatown and am looking for an occasional assistant for when I have larger groups. I need someone (a culinary student or foodie would be ideal) that loves ethnic food, is personable, and is not intimidated to order food/buy food from various shops and restaurants.
