Hot Dogs in NYC

I liked the last paragraphs about the context of hot dog consumption. Sometimes I miss the ubiquity of kraut and brown mustard dogs when I'm in Chicago, but I remember how hard it is to track down a good polish in NY and I stop caring. As a New Yorker who moved here six years ago, I used to miss things about New York when I was here. Now I miss Chicago when I'm there.
