My family (two adults and two children under 5) will be taking a roadtrip from Toledo, OH to Naples, FL with a two day stop over at Mammoth Cave. Does anyone have any not to miss restaurant suggestions (they are open to any and all types of cusine) for the Toledo to Mammoth Cave portion of the trip? They will be taking 75 through Ohio and then they will pick-up 71 and eventually they will end up on 65.

Thanks in advance for any and all suggestions...

I assume you'll stop in Louisville? Sparky really enjoyed Lynn's Paradise Cafe when we went.

Ah, Mammoth Cave. Mousy, you do bring back childhood memories. Wish I could suggest places to eat nearby, but back in those days, nine of us (yes!) in one station wagon, we were all eating cheese sandwiches out of a cooler. Good luck to you!

I really like the Mammoth Cave Lodge diner, for what it's worth, even if what they serve is a mixed bag of successes--count the ham and chicken on the plus side. I'm not sure how far off your path it will be, but I also really liked the Inn at Shakertown (make reservations!). Check out also this thread: viewtopic.php?f=15&t=10237&hilit=+mammoth+cave+
