    In these dog days of summer, it's tough for me to think about eating hot food. I've been wistful for a spicy cold-noodle dish I used to order as an undergrad in Bloomington, Indiana ~25 years ago. I doubt it would hold up today, but my 18-year old palate got through many an August dinner this way.

    So . . . what are your favorite cold entrees in Chicago restaurants?
