IFT Convention in Chicago

The big Food Technologist convention is in Chicago.
Lucky to score a badge from my freind Stan, an east coast spice importer. I have a long list of exibitors to visit including Morton, Kraft, Van Drunen (freeze drying), Virginia Dare (extracts), Bell Flavors, and Certified Labs (food safety testing).
I'll try to post a report after my long walk through the McCormick south hall on Tuesday.
