Check out this hilarious photo essay of Weight Watchers recipe cards. I haven't laughed so hard in months.

Wendy has a fabulous new book out called "I'm Not The New Me"

It chronicles her visits to weight watchers, the gym and life around Chicago. I saw her read at Barnes and Noble. I highly recommend the book as well as her blog http://poundy.com

That has been around for ages! Too funny. You need to go back and read the title bars and tool tips on the pics if you didn't catch them the first time!

DH & I actually found a set of the cards in an 'antique' store. We passed them by as we have too much crap already, then I regretted the decision and by the time we got back, they were gone.

    Tapler,

No need apologize, better to have interesting info twice than not at all.

    Thanks.

    Enjoy,

Well, I didn't even know they had been posted here before - I was just saying they had been around for quite some time in general. I didn't mean it in a bad way, so I apologize if it sounded like that. Quite the opposite - I was happy that people were still coming across it and enjoying it for the first time - and giving me a reminder to go back every once in awhile, because it is darn funny!!

And like I said, check out the title bar and the roll-over mouse tool tips if you didn't notice them the first time - adds a whole new dimention to the exhibit!

Not to worry -- that wasn't a complaint about reposting, just a pointer to some equally good sites in the same vein.
