It's communal dining in a loft space near Columbia College.
Using 10 gallons of milk from Keith Parrish’s farm in Chatsworth Illinois we're preparing a dairy lover's dream menu.
Keith is a certified organic dairy farmer and he was recently featured on the Chicago Tribune video blog. Check out the video
