CND Gyros, lunch Friday August 20 12:00PM

I'm sad to hear CND Gyros is closing down. It was one of the few affordable and tasty options anywhere near Mag Mile and I'll definitely miss it.

I'd like to get lunch there one last time before it closes down.

I can't think of a more fitting good bye than to chow down on a gyro melt one last time.

Depending on the timing of my meeting, I will try and meet you there--will likely be a bit after 12:00 so don't wait for me...

It was pretty busy yesterday around 12:20 or so when I went by and picked up a couple gyro melts to go. The line to order was to the door anyway, but not out it. I was still able to get my sandwiches ordered, get out the door and get back to the office by 1, largely because a group of people with less time to wait ahead of me decided to eat elsewhere. So I'd say budget some extra time today. People are aware it's closing and are making special trips and both eating in and getting large carryout orders

I'll be there at about 11:30 with a couple of people I work with - we'll probably still be there when y'all arrive, so say hello.
