Post #3 - August 29th, 2010, 2:00 pmAlmost any decent butcher shop will be making breakfast sausage as part of their regular offerings. Lately, I've purchased, and enjoyed, house made sausage from Paulina Market, Elburn Market and Angelo Caputos. Find a neighborhood butcher. I'll bet you'll find sausage. And, it is so much better than the packaged supermarket stuff.

Post #5 - August 29th, 2010, 7:28 pmDepending on where you are, Gene's Sausage Shop would be a good bet--VERY reasonable prices for most items and an excellent selection of all types of sausages as the name would imply.
Just a bit farther north than Paulina Market.
