Workin' More Kitchen Sessions with Charlie Trotter

Did anyone DVR Season 3 of the Kitchen Sessions with Charlie Trotter? I contacted Trotters and First Daughter Media Group to purchase a copy but both have told me they did not intend to ever sell the episodes on DVD or any other recordable media.

I am not trying to get around the copyright issue as I am willing to pay for the product but in this case, there is no product to buy.

Does anyone have a copy they might be willing to let me view (or record if there are no copyright issues) of Season 3?
