Hey Matt, best of luck in this venture. If I thought I had any serious competitive skills in this area, I'd be in.

Matt - looks like fun, though after reviewing the standard bacon blogs and your own YouTube trailer, every single bacon thing I can dream up has been done in another city for this tour in some variation. How do you keep it real when certainly there will be proven crowd favorite ABTs, Bacon Explosions, and candied bacon to compete against at every stop along the circuit? How can hope be kept alive when every "independent" bacon lightbulb has been previously derived, in this Era of Bacon? How is your blood pressure?

Bacon sausage, ultradecadent carbonara preparations, and bacon s'mores already having been covered, my only contributions would be tweaks:

    - make more exotic sausages, like Thai Isaan or red curry sausages, with smoked bacon instead of belly or back
    - make carbonara with homemade pasta where the pasta itself incorporates crumbled bacon and bacon salt
    - make bacon s'mores where the marshmallows are actually toasted over a candle of rendered bacon fat (topped with an egg, behold the s'moregg)

Anyone wanting to compete is welcome to bacon ma po tofu, but somehow I don't see that flying in competition conditions. Good luck to all.
