    I have 2 that sound weird but taste fantastic, both start with really chewy, crusty bread...

    Ham, Maytag blue cheese, and stone ground mustard – try it once, you'll thank me

    Grilled kielbasa, German potato salad, sweet Barvarian sauerkraut, LOTS of strong German mustard -try it

    The grilled kimchi/cheese sandwich reminded me of something we used to eat in college - only not so fancy and a lot easier.
    Wonder bread and kimchi sandwiches - esp. when we were too tired to make rice...
    My friend would add a sprinkle of sugar to hers.

    Hello! I'm planning on making the PBJ mentioned on Modern Family: pear, brie and jambon (with a little spinach too). What condiment would you recommend?

    Open face: sweet cream butter, cucumbers and mint from the garden on crusty bread with black pepper and the thinnest drizzle of honey.
