Ya Mon - Jamaican Cuisine

Had a GREAT lunch yesterday at this joint, jerk white meat chicken, with rice and beans and a little salad. The chicken was cooked on a aquarium smoker/pit set up. I was told they use that to grill the chicken for about 1 hour and 45 mins. The chicken was done perfect and spiced right! There was a little plastic shot type cup with some brownish jerk sauce and that stuff was out of the park good! Will be back FOR sure soon. Noticed ox tail, curry chicken, brown stew, steamed fish and goat on the menu. This joint is a MUST try for all!
