Post #1 - September 2nd, 2010, 9:17 amWe are just recovering from Porkapalooza and we are at it again! Thursday, September 9th we will have a band from Lawtell La. Dikki Du and the Zydeco Krewe! It is the first night of NFL featuring a rematch of The Saints and Vikings. Abita brewing has a special new brew called SOS or Save Our Shores. It is benefitting the efforts to cleanup the Gulf Coast. They are donating 75 cents of every bottle sold. We will have this beer available as well as Abita Amber on draft and Turbodog bottles. We will be matching those contributions of Abita Sold. Now to the food! We will have a special menu that night which will include, Chicken and Sausage Jambalaya, Shrimp & Sausage Gumbo, Oyster Po-Boys Catfish Po-boys, Red Beans & Rice as well as some combo plates and a few of our regular menu items. No Cover but we will be passing the hat for the band who will be playing from 8-11.
